Today, the 5th of February, we are kicking off our second regional week of 2018 with food and drink from Le Marche. Marche cuisine is influenced by it’s neighbouring regions, Lazio and Umbria - but also by the region’s main geographic features, the coastal plains and highlands. Food in the rural parts is deeply rooted in the land, with fresh egg pasta, beef, pork and rabbit. Whilst the coastal food features seafood and tasty broths. Our menu includes stuffed rabbit and pizza Rossi.
